Terache Can-Am G3 Forged Gear Reduction

Oversized tires can significantly reduce torque, throttle response, and overall drivability. They also increase load on the belt, clutches, and drivetrain, which can lead to added heat, accelerated wear, and reduced clutch efficiency.

Our Gen 3 Gear Reduction restores lost performance by bringing your machine back into its optimal power band. By lowering the gear ratio, the reduction helps recover low-speed torque, improve belt life, reduce clutch strain, and give the machine better control under heavy load.

Engineered for precision and reliability, this kit replaces the factory intermediate drive gears to deliver a lower gear ratio across High, Low, and Reverse, improving throttle response, torque output, and overall ride control.

Compatible with all Gen 3 Can-Am Outlander, 700cc UTV, and 6x6 models using the G3 transmission platform. (See chart in photos) 

Drop-In Installation

Designed for a true drop-in installation. The gear set installs directly into the transmission through the easily accessible side cover with zero grinding, machining, or case modifications required.

Replaces OEM part numbers 420235763 and 420235761.

Non-XMR models use different OEM part numbers but remain compatible with this kit.
