HMF Racing Performance & Titan Exhaust Systems for 2016–2024 Can-Am Outlander 850

Upgrade your Can-Am Outlander 850 with an HMF Racing exhaust system designed to improve horsepower, torque, throttle response, exhaust flow, and sound while helping reduce exhaust temperatures compared to the stock exhaust system.

Available in Performance, Titan Quiet, and Titan Loud configurations, with both Slip-On and Full System options available.

HMF specifies fitment across Outlander trim levels, including Standard, DPS, XT and other applicable trims.

Outlander 850 XMR: 2016–2024
Outlander 850 MAX: Slip-On systems only

Full-system fitment differs from Slip-On fitment on certain Outlander models. MOTN will verify vehicle information before ordering.

TITAN-QS – QUIET

The Titan-QS uses a durable 14" stainless steel silencer with HMF's quieter QS core. It's designed for riders who want the performance benefits of an aftermarket exhaust without an excessively loud exhaust note.

SLIP-ON VS. FULL SYSTEM

Slip-On: Replaces the factory muffler section while retaining the applicable factory exhaust components.

Full System: Replaces the muffler and applicable exhaust/header components for a more complete exhaust upgrade.

Fitment differs between Slip-On and Full System configurations on certain Outlander models.

Slip-On System: HMF silencer and applicable installation hardware.

Full System: HMF silencer, applicable exhaust/header components, and installation hardware.

End cap style will be selected by MOTN based on availability and the exhaust configuration ordered.
